We need a new family laptop and I'm after advice/recs please.
It doesn't need to be very portable/have long battery life as it'll stay at home 99% of the time. It'll be used mainly for browsing, Microsoft Office stuff (homework) and probably some gaming but my pre-teens mostly use the Switch or tablets for that.
We have an Office subscription that I'm hoping I can transfer.
I don't generally have much luck with Acer so would prefer to avoid those.
Budget £400-600 ish, ideally from Currys or JL as I have some vouchers.
Does anyone feel like they've had a good deal recently they'd like to share please?
