Any British Airways employees around?

This is quite a niche question - but my Dad can’t get into his Hotmail booking area. Last week it worked fine, then yesterday when I tried to login for him, this message appeared (see photo). What can I do? I can’t find any options for any help. He doesn’t know anyone to ask as he has Hotline since the death of his wife who was a BA employee.
I’m hoping maybe someone on here can help! Thank you!

It looks like he is trying to log into the employee area rather than the customer log in.

He should have received an email about the new procedure for changing passwords I believe - however hotline and the hotline helpdesk
can be a nightmare so feel for him!

Thank you! We contacted BA clubs and they gave us a phone number for password reset. Turns out there’s been an IT issue and all passwords have to be reset via calling that number - you can no longer just do it via your employee portal. (It would be really helpful if that info came up within the portal, right?!)
But all fine and we are back in! Thanks again.

Yes, correct. We don’t need the customer login.
