This is quite a niche question - but my Dad can’t get into his Hotmail booking area. Last week it worked fine, then yesterday when I tried to login for him, this message appeared (see photo). What can I do? I can’t find any options for any help. He doesn’t know anyone to ask as he has Hotline since the death of his wife who was a BA employee.
