Help my dc failed their first driving test (the practical) and has managed to get one rebooked via a cancellation . In the meantime they lost their provisional and re-applied for a new one 5pm last Thursday (so 3 days ago).
Gov.uk says replacement should arrive in a week but am worried as it’s Good Friday. Test is booked for Saturday.
Oh and in the meantime they found their original provisional license!
Anyone any idea what to do? They’ve said they’re happy to gamble and see if it arrives and lose the money. Does it matter it’s booked under their previous licence number?
