Processing job change

I am processing leaving my job due to mistreatment. Special needs teacher. We opened new classes and I have worked really hard over thelast few years. But my colleagues have pulled the wool over the headteachers eyes. They don't work with the children who most need our support (physical). So I end up in the firing line even things go wrong. They have withdrawal support so often they don't take these kids and sit and chat and drink tea in lesson time or go home early. Head doesn't know or turns a blind eye. We have had crisis training etc. In my class due to physical and violent behaviour. So the disparity is clear.

I am moving on so it will be sorted shortly and sen is a sought after area where I live.

The women who used to run the dept ,(he has now changed this to shared leadership) is friendly with him outside of school. I am just feeling shaken up that it's come to this. Even though I know it's better for me to go. I don't know should I get a bit of help to process it all. I can't say anything to the head as I need a reference. I'm not in the UK. Or do I chalk this up as experience. Maybe it will all come out once I have how much I did behind the scenes. Sorry I haven't gone into more detail.
