Sicked up my tablets

I took 3 out of my 4 tablets and the 3rd one must have not gone down right because I have trouble swallowing tablets.
I ended up sicking them up. Well I mean I must have sicked all three of them up mustn't I
With the crackers I'd just eaten

Should I just taken all my tablets again??

I’d be inclined to leave it until tomorrow unless your bp is dangerously high, but call 111 to check. Take the 4th pill anyway.

I can’t answer the question about your medication, but was just going to say, have you tried putting the tablet in a spoon full of yogurt? It sort of “hides” the tablet from your swallowing reflex.

Just clarifying you don't mean something else, as I've never heard the term 'sicked up' in my nearly 50yrs and living in 3 different countries!

If you vomited straight after taking them, surely you'd see them within the vomit?
I'd take the 4th pill and check your BP in an hour or so.

Going forward, if you struggle taking pills, ask if a liquid form is available or if they aren't enteric coated (unlikely for BP meds) you could crush between 2 spoons and mix with yoghurt, jam, honey, peanut butter etc.

Honestly I did not look in the sick in enough detail to see the pills but I knew enough that I'd sicked up the crackers I'd just eaten before the tablets so I'm guessing I must have sicked up the tablets too

It was pretty horrible being sick
