Fecking dogs everywhere you go. Shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes. Leave the bloody things at home. They are not children.

I fucking hate my mother in law. My husband is so manipulated by her fake victim facade that he won’t see exactly what’s in front of him.

Shes a spiteful, vindictive piece of shit who openly disrespects me as a mother but does it in such a clever way that I’m always the unreasonable one when I push back.

Shes entitled, judgemental, devious, untrustworthy and toxic. I wish she would fuck off forever.

@DoubleShotEspressox I hate my mil too. She is like a wolf in sheep’s clothing. People think she is a sweet old lady with old lady hair and clothes. She is not. She is awful.

my confession is that I dislike a family child but I keep my mouth firmly shut.

I hate what my job will become next school year and am only staying in it because it will be experience to get the next job.

Ugh I do agree with this lately tbh. I do love dogs, but my DD is very nervous of them and more often than not people just let their dogs run over to her jumping up at her etc. Im watching 2 kids every time so cant always move her out the way in time but my god why do they bother having a lead if theyre not gonna use it.

Also, all shops near me are no dogs allowed, so why is it everytime I go in there are dogs inside??? Who is enforcing these rules? Or failing to rather...

God she sounds shit, is she at least on her way out soon maybe?? I fucking hate people like that. Ex-MIL was something else and idk who I was more glad to get rid of, her or her son.

God see stuff like this all the time on facebook. It'll be like, "looking for a hall for 30 people for a party - recommendations?" And the replies will just be:
"i can DJ"
"i make balloon displays"
"i dont know of a hall sorry"
"I know of a place but it has max capacity 2 people - is that any good?"

God I cant stand one of the kids in my extended family. Hes so pandered to and spoilt, which isnt his fault but its caused him to become such a brat who can never do anything wrong 🙄

@mynameisnewtodaySounds like you won’t have to deal with it much longer. Unfortunately mine has inserted herself into my life with such determination because she makes every interaction with my kids and husband a competition.

Sigh.

I've just accepted an apprenticeship as im changing fields completely, so currently on £8/hour for the next year. Paying for 2 kids with that is gonna be a nothing short of a miracle, but it'll all be worth it in the end I

Basically this. Very rude and cheeky and tells whoppers. Constantly told how amazing they are. It’s becoming difficult to hide my disdain. They are no longer a small child so their behaviour is becoming increasingly inexcusable

I feel for you @DoubleShotEspressox. As you say it won’t be much longer for me, but she’s so awful she’ll hold on a few more years to get a card from the king.
I also dislike intensely a child in my family, mostly for how she treats her parent. I used to love spending time with her and doing childcare but as a teenager she is spiteful, demanding and downright controlling of her mum.

God I feel for you tbh. I luckily dont have much interaction with this boy or his parents, if you do then im saying a prayer for ya. Idk how anyone can raise their kids this way, it'll backfire on them so hard when they get to that certain age 😐

I feel like my friend only contacts me when I can do something for her . I know she has a lot of commitment she does appreciate me but I am very low in her priorities. She also knows my difficult living situation and never invites me over for a cup of tea or an evening visit . She is happy to see me though every time . Over the years took no interest in my kids although I was expected to listen and humour hers always .

I can't stand my MIL, either. I made a whole 'AIBU' post about her just today. I hate that I feel guilty for when people treat me badly and then, after 20 years, decide to put distance between myself and them. I'm not even being confrontational. I'm just trying to avoid problems. I hate myself for being so nice but I don't want to lower myself to the tactics of people I dislike. I hate conflicted feelings and eating comfort food because of it.....I feel like this list could go on forever for me!
