Hi, any dentists on here?

Is this fixable or is the only option to remove?

It’s my first premolar ( I think that’s what it’s called)

Please excuse my disgusting teeth, unfortunately it wasn’t a priority when I was a child and I am terrified of the dentist.

I have attached a photo but it is under review.

I’m not a dentist, but have had a very similar damage repaired, just under a year on its actually pretty good.
