Facebook Memories - cringe every time they come up šŸ¤£šŸ™„

Im autistic and always a bit of an outsider so every time they come up I’m like, why ????? Why did I post that. Some unfunny comment about time for a glass of wine/ so glad it’s Friday/ Covid comments - usually one sad little like and I just cringe at how much rubbish I put out there. Delete them almost every time.
occasionally something lovely comes up but usually I just pity myself for being such a twat.

I don’t cringe at mine as I like to see photos of the DC’s when they were younger. Some of my sisters posts are like yours (and worse) but she’s changed a lot since then and can laugh at them now.
I do have a fair few posts with my ex though and it’s not a welcome reminder when these come up. But I’m thankful I’m no longer with someone who treated me as badly as he could until I left.
Maybe reframe these to think about how far you’ve come since then instead of regretting them?

Ah that’s nice. I guess at least I can delete them so there’s that?
