Probably the best idea for me too with this one.
For me the neighbours are far too close and there are no luxuries like pool,
hot-tub, gym sauna or cinema room that I'd want at this price. Would also be concerned that someone could build a big boat house on the bit of foreshore in front and bang goes the biggest selling point, the lake view.
Speaking of boat house, as someone with no interest in boating, what would you do with it? Obviously keep a boat underneath, but upstairs? Do you come in from a hard days boating(yawn) and have a cup of tea up there when your house is just up the road? It would probably sell for good money.
