not sure if this is the right place to ask this but
does anyone else with adhd feel like you’re trying all the time but still getting nowhere, like you sit down to do something and your brain just doesn’t start
or you keep jumping between things and the day just disappears.
my sleep’s completely messed up as well which just makes everything worse
I used to think this is just how it is but apparently this is actually stuff psychiatrists deal with properly
I didn’t even realise you can just speak to one online now, like properly talk, and sometimes even the same day which surprised me
feels a lot easier than just guessing or leaving it tbh
has anyone here actually tried that or just been pushing through it?
ps i have tried the ideas you guys gave me on the last post and they ain't working
