Hair smells of sweaty old man aftershave

I went to the dentist before work this morning. When she handed me the goggles I got a wave of stale sweat smell mixed with aftershave.

I had a feeling it was the goggles but I didn't say anything in case it was the dentist.

As soon as I got in the car I realised the smell was all over my hair, where the goggles had touched.

I went straight to work so i can still smell it now and am feeling really grossed out by it.

Do goggles not get cleaned between patients? I sat there with someone's sweat on my face for half an hour, and paid 80 quid for the provilege. Urghh.

I'm thinking of messaging the practice, would this be over the top?

Might've been old hair oil/gel you could smell, possibly because they only sanitise the plastic part?
