I have had an absolute mare with the Passport Office disputing my name for my renewal. Long story so won't bore you with all the details but it's meant me sending two extra lots of docs to them in the post.
During the initial application, I paid extra for return recorded delivery but I assume this doesn't cover all the extra stuff I've had to send to them since to then?
They've finally approved my application but should I/is there any point trying to arrange for them to post back my documents back AGAIN by recorded delivery? Or are there just too many chefs in the kitchen meaning my docs will just get sent back in whatever manner regardless of whether I try and ring up and pay for recorded delivery?
It's been such a long drawn out unnecessary affair and I just don't want anymore stress! I'll ring them again if I have to but not sure if there's enough cohesiveness there to mean there is any point!
