And I think I have a bladder prolapse ? I’ve had 3 children, one vagina birth, 2 c sections. I was trying to see a spot/lump I could feel around my labia (sorry for this image) so I had to squat down over the mirror and just inside the opening I could see my urethra and what I think is the top vaginal wall kind of just there in the opening, not coming out but not far off it ! Anyone know does this sound like a prolapse?

Oh don’t worry, all the cool girls have got one! I got mine after my son, did loads of kegels and sucked it back in for a while, then realised the constant kegels were more annoying than having a bit of a prolapse and eased up a bit. I will obvs go hard again when I start getting menopausal but for now just living my best prolapsey life. I can still do everything perfectly normally and only really notice it if my son has a huge tantrum and I have to pick him up while he’s making his body all long and trying to wriggle back onto the floor.

See a women’s health physiotherapist - they’re marvellous!

Second vote for a women’s health physio! Lots of places do a “Mummy MOT” and they are ultimate professionals as it can be awkward or embarrassing to see someone for this.
