Skimmed milk with 1/4 tsp sugar

I can't stand builders tea without two sugars. Preferably twining English breakfast with a splash of milk.

A healthier option I do like is peppermint, fennel, ginger teas. You have to get used to them as if you're used to coke they'll be bland at first. But then you start to really taste the flavour once your tastebuds adapt.

English breakfast, one sugar and a single measure of brandy.
🍷😁

Rooibos. Really sweet as it is. Great with a splash of milk.

Tetley, Yorkshire, Twinnings, whichever is on offer.
Drop of milk, no sugar, and if I come in cold and soaking wet in the afternoon, I may add a small measure of cognac....for medicinal purposes.

Dorset tea or Yorkshire tea, very weak with a dash of milk. I could probably reuse a tea bag several times!
