Mountain bike recommendation?!

I don’t really know what I’m doing - but I have a dog I Canicross with and he loves it. I am being tempted into the dark side and fancy bikejor! What would be a good quality second hand mountain bike for a slightly mad woman?! My current one is a very old Apollo radar and even I can tell it’s terrible quality 😂 would be used for trails through the woods etc.
budget about £150 - £250.

sadly I don’t think you would find anything decent in that price bracket. Half decent might be found at £350 - £500., good quality would be £500+
look for quality brands like Trek
avoid any brand from Halfords.

Have a look on eBay. Might be a local bike shop has something.

Calibre bikes are great for the money, I have one for 400 that is better rated than others for 1000
