Gift for nursery key worker

DS is moving up from baby room to toddler room soon and we’d like to thank his wonderful keyworker, and the others in the room as they’re all lovely and he adores them.

I was thinking a box of nice chocolates and a card for the room as a whole, and a voucher for the keyworker? We have a nice local department store where she could get make up / clothes / food / home stuff / nails done etc, whatever she wants.

Would £20 for the voucher be reasonable? First time navigating this!

Thanks in advance

Do you know your key workers' interest? It also depends on the age in my opinion. DD's first one was a early 20s one and a department store would've been a bit useless for her unless you say John Lewis also can be used for Waitrose. I think we got her an Amazon voucher.

Some others got vouchers a bit based on their interests, one was studying for a further degree so we got him some stationary one. I can't remember the the shop. The last one was such an avid reader we got her book tokens and she really loved that.

£20 is absolutely fine.

She’s in her 20s but married so presumably quite settled. Always has her nails painted nicely so I thought would allow her to choose a nice polish or two (or get them done if she’d rather, it’s got a nail bar). It also has all the nice make up brands & a food hall if she’d just rather get nice snacks.
