Anyone in Brighton?

Quick thoughts on Cheapside (near Sainsburys and the train station) for students to live, please…is it an ok area? Thanks!

It's a great location! Close to everything and with the student pub, The Hobgoblin just across the road. Not a very appealing looking with a box like block of low rise flats and a few houses and busy traffic wise in the day.
I used to know someone who lived in the flats many moons ago and they were nice enough.

It's not the prettiest of areas but it's really convenient...you can walk in a straight line all the way down to the level (park for some fresh air/sitting on grass) and the beach.
Plus it's not on a giant hill (which a lot of Brighton is)
