I just returned several items to SHEIN. I’ve received an email to say three of the items “do not match the items we received” and they won’t be refunding. Definitely the correct items and in all the right packaging!
Has anyone else had this before & is there anything I can do? The refunded other items in the return.
I’m feeling really pissed off at the injustice of it. I do often order to try on things, and often the quality is really quite crap, so I have made several returns before, although have never had this problem. I do wonder if it’s “punishment” for the previous returns.
it’s made this “cheap & cheerful” order not quite so cheap! I’m seriously thinking of never ordering again on principle.
