Neighbour thought I was in danger after husband shouted at TV

So my husband is watching tv. he can get...ummm animated.. He really is a good man and husband. He is watching a show on tv and he realized (so true) that the female that had killed her husband was lying.. so he yells at the tv.. YOU LIAR, YOU PIECE OF SHIT! we are in a gated community in the carribean .. our lovely neighbour across the very narrow road heard him, she came running with her son to make sure I was ok. She does not speak english, but when she saw the show and I talked to her in broken spanish, she told me she was so embarrassed . I told her NO never be embarrased, and even my husband said that too to her. Her son was educated in US and is about 20 and he explained also. It is good to know that neighbours look out for you

It's good you have caring neighbours. My husband also shouts at the TV when he is watching football and it drives me mad!

Good on her for looking out for you but hopefully this will make your husband cop on and restrain himself a bit. How loud must he have been shouting to have been heard across the road! I hope you have a detached house. Seriously nobody needs to shout like that at a tv show. He needs to grow up! I've had noisy neighbours before, it's just so inconsiderate and selfish.

That was really decent of her to run over, nice to have neighbours who will be there if there is an emergency.
I do occasionally yell at whats happening on the tv myself. 🙃 Don’t think anybody can hear me though!
