Recommendations for relaxing hotel break within an hour of Berkshire

Any recommendations? Looking for within 60 mins of Berkshire- a nice hotel for DH and I to have a night or two away. Budget £300 plus a nice restaurant for dinner if they have one. Not too fussed about sightseeing but relaxing location appreciated.

The Spread Eagle, Midhurst. Nice rooms, lovely but small spa/pool, and very good food.
