Is it normal for toddler height and weight centiles to change so much?

Just had 2 year review which was fine. The only wacky thing was the height and weight centiles which were all over the place.
DD was born 50th for height and weight. Quickly went up to 75th for both. Then 91st for weight and 95th for height. As of now she is 75th for weight but now measuring 25th for height. She is still wearing 12-18 months for leggings and dresses and 18-24 for everything else. She has only grown 2 cm in 7 months.

She eats a varied diet. Nearly everything home cooked. 3 meals a day. She never asks for snacks but eats everything I give her. She is breastfed but only at night. You can see her ribs most of the time. Some days she looks slim, some days she has a tummy and looks chunkier (usually when she needs a poo 😅)
She is active but not super active (will happily sit with books for an hour and not constantly running around like some toddlers BUT we are out and about a lot.) She spends at least 3 walking/running outside and playing in the park a day plus movement indoors. Zero screen time.

Is normal to change percentiles so dramatically? I'm thinking it's just that a growth spurt is due. Now the weather's better and we can get out more I'm expecting her to slim down a bit. 2 cm growth just really doesn't seem a lot though. None of the 2-3 year clothes fit her and she is still wearing clothes from last spring. HV was surprised and but didn't advise anything further.

Shld be 3 cm in 6 months but how correct was measurement?
Coeliac can slow growth down. Any autoimmune in family?
Get proper measurement check in 3 months and 6 months. If slowing growth ask for referral

Thanks for this. Accurate as it can be with a toddler. It was done both times with the head chart, once at a children's hospital and the other with the HV. I have lupus, and scleroderma so yes there is some autoimmune in the family. She recently had allergy tests which came back negative due to some gastro issues which seems to be settling.
She used to be taller than her peers and now she looks short

Ask for coeliac blood test given gastro issues and growth issues
Make sure eating lots gluten ahead of test

They will be alwayd be what they should be.I cried because she wouldnt eat the recommendeed diet.
Ive got a beautiful 5' 2" treasure who was supposed to be taller in her red book.
She was always under the 25% percentile, but thrived.
She is beautiful and heathly.

Another vote for coeliac… my kids dropped to the 0.4th percentile before it was looked into properly. They’ve now clawed their way back up to 25th.
