DD and Allergies?

Can anyone recommend an allergy specialist in Yorkshire or Manchester please?
DD21 has had mild allergies for most of her life but since moving into her Uni house last September she is really suffering to the extent that some days she can't actually get out of bed. She loves her course and I am pretty sure she wouldn't miss lectures unless it was necessary. She is also struggling to do sports and socialise. Her nose runs constantly and her face is swollen and she is in pain most days
She improved a bit when she was home at Christmas but got very bad again and we had to get an out of hours appt. She has seen the GP at Uni several times and had steroid sprays. She does not have nasal polyps apparently
Things she has tried
Antihistamines
Antibiotics
Steroids
Nasal rinses
Air purifier
Salt lamp
I have decided to pay to see a specialist but there is a lot of "woo" in the treatment of allergies and a lot of clinics aren't run by properly qualified people from what I have seen. I am also unsure oif she should see an ENT instead
Apparently she also has an ear infection now too and is coughing up yellow bits
She is seing her GP next week and I am going with her and we will ask for a Referral but we don't know who to - we can do most of Yorkshire and also Manchester if anyone has any suggestions please
