I've decided. I was slimmer when I worked in an office and had to wear 'proper' trousers or tailored skirts!
Since WFH I have worn stretchy trousers or bottoms of some sort, just for comfort, or baggier comfier jeans etc.
Today I've decided, I am going to wear proper trousers. And lo and behold I am not as hungry.
I assume there is a pseudo-science behind this! What does anyone else think?
