Considering how much parking costs, this feels like a casino going bust.

Sympathy for the employees as ever

I’ve avoided them for years. Looks like I’ve not been alone. The charges were eye watering in some locations.

Having been fleeced for £12 a day, near Blackfriars years ago, I have no sympathy for the directors. What goes around comes around.

Sorry for the employees though. I hope they find a buyer for the firm.

They’re just not competitive. 4-24 hours near the business district in Liverpool for £17.50. Cross a road and there’s car parks for £3 for the whole day. Walk five minutes and there is tonnes of free street parking.

I am sorry for any staff affected but they’ve priced themselves out.

NCP have been ripping off motorists for decades. As a business it produces nothing, creates nothing & adds nothing to society. It just extracts money by re rot-seeking. Good riddance. Zero sympathy.

Sorry, but that seems perfectly acceptable to me. I always thought the Drury Lane car park was very reasonable.
