Just received this text message:

[Tesco] We are writing to inform you that your Tesco Membership contains 15,680 points. 15,000 points will expire on 16 March 2026, in just 2 days. If unclaimed, they will be permanently removed. Your account balance will drop to 680 points. Check rewards here:https://uk.pointlcdz.icu/tesco

Have not clicked the link and it reads to me like a scam - has anyone had this?

Also is there somewhere one can go to check out these texts/links/potential scams?

Bever seen anything like that Op and I had lots of points last year. That email looks well dodgy too. Tesco have very good customer support for Clubcard, give them a message to check.

Notdanishsusan · 16/03/2026 11:44

Looks dodgy but you could go into your Clubcard app directly and check your points

Myswweetchild · 16/03/2026 11:45

I've just googled it and yes, it's a scam.
People have posted same messages on Facebook.

I mean... you can see for yourself that the link doesn't go to the Tesco website, can't you? So why would you even consider that it might be legitimate?

mumonthehill · 16/03/2026 11:46

Each coupon has its expiration date on it if you go through the app.

Duvetdayneeded · 16/03/2026 11:47

Of course it is a scam. So obvious.

rainbowunicorn · 16/03/2026 11:47

Why have you put a potentially dodgy link in your OP?

bigsoftcocks · 16/03/2026 12:18

How can you take it seriously, really?

VictoriaEra · 20/03/2026 11:14

I’ve had this. I don’t think I’ve got a Tesco club card. I certainly don’t shop there. If I have been once, it’s over 15 years ago.

mindutopia · 20/03/2026 12:18

It’s literally not Tesco’s website. It’s the most completely obvious scam ever.

Beyond that, Tesco points accrue as you spend money and expire according to when you first acquired them. When have you ever spent like £15,000 in one spend at Tesco?
