Potential CMPA reintroducing dairy after 4 weeks

DS nearly 9 weeks, suspected CMPA due to green, eggy smelling poos.
The colour has improved but smell not really. He is also very windy but generally a happy baby.
Its now time for me to reintroduce dairy, which I did today (had a choc brownie and ice cream). I’m a bit lost as to how long to eat the dairy for? He is breastfed apart from a bottle of Nutramigen a day.
I don’t eat an awful lot of dairy anyway so worried it will be hard to conclude if he has CMPA or not.
Sorry for the ramble! TIA

The advice I was given with my daughter was to basically resume dairy intake for 2-3 days, 1-2 portions a day so things like a yoghurt, cheese etc. If it is CMPA then usually symptoms would reappear between 3-72 hours as it passed to breastmilk, sometimes it can be up to 5, and once you gauge reactions you can either eliminate it or confirm it, good luck!
