When i'm feeling very low and depressed my go to song is this one by one of my very favourite artists , Nina Simone. Ain't got n.

It drags me out of the depths of despair.
Does any one else have a song that helps them through the really low times?

I’m not sure this is a universal experience, but my mood is reliably lifted by belting out She Hates Me by Puddle of Mudd. Trust, she fucking hates me, at full volume, is oddly cathartic. Similarly I Don’t Love You, by My Chemical Romance. Singing along to most things helps my mood - it’s amazing how much things shift for me when I do. It doesn’t help the mood of the rest of the household though…

Really interesting replies.
Some I'm familiar with others I don't know at all but which I'm going to make a point of listening to.
Thanks all.
