Dropped homemade pineapple upside down cake before baking, anyone else had disasters?

Just made a pineapple upside down cake and dropped it all over the floor just as going in oven !
Im.gutted was so.looking forward to it ,has anyone else had a cooking disaster

I was making a baked cheesecake , put all the mixture in spring cake tin , lifted it up to put in the oven and all the mixture which is runny spilled all over the kitchen .

That's what I had a spring cake tin ! So it isn't me it's the tin lol
