Older kids, no hobbies or interests, could this be depression?

Kids are older ,I'm not needed as much now
But I've no idea what I like doing,as I've not had time to myself for A very long time .
Just wondering what others do ,to get some ideas ..
Also wondering if I'm depressed
As I can't think of anything I want to do ,or anywhere I want to go , everywhere feels to busy ..does that sound like depression?

I see friends, go to the opera, theatre, gigs, films, exhibitions. I go hillwalking at weekends sometimes, or go and stay with friends who live at a distance. T’ai chi in the park, writers’ group. I’m making a garden from scratch. I did a print-making course last year. I do some volunteer stuff like a community litterpick.
