I'd like to book a sunny short haul 3-4 day break next weekend / into tues - weds.
any tips gratefully received

We looked for cheap flights on sky scanner and accommodation on Tripadvisor

Thanks, that's what I've done amidst looking at packages as well. Mostly seems to work out about the same price

Packages are normally cheaper last minute than booking separately.
