Has anyone cancelled an Etihad flight recently?

I’m due to fly from Sydney to London in a couple of weeks and I have a business comfort ticket which says I can cancel “for a fee” but I have scoured the website to find out what the fee is.
Has anyone done this and what is the fee?

No but they cancelled on me enough times, and left us stranded for over a week without offering so much as a free bottle of water let alone subsidence. I'd never use them again. No respect for their customers at all.

Be warned - they don't have any legal obligation to passengers, like carriers bound by the European aviation authorities. I would only use UK and European carriers from now on.

I’m not based in the U.K. though

Emirates fully refunded everything for our cancelled trip to Cape Town. We weren't expecting to get all our fees back, despite what the website said and us not booking the refundable option.

Perhaps Etihad might do the same? Although from the previous poster's experience maybe not. Good luck.

This is from Gemini, so believe it at your own risk - business comfort fares have a cancellation flat fee of $30 and a late minute cancellation surcharge of 10% (if less than 96 hours to go).
