OB/Gynae in chocolate?

We've got a box of Milk Tray at work. Couldn't help noticing that one of the chocolates looks just like a baby's head crowning. Odd choice for a chocolate shape. Are they designed to appeal to midwives?

You could do a whole box of them and sell them to people as they go onto the labour ward, as well as crowning baby you could have ones with 'push' and 'STOP PUSHING' written on them and one with 'fuck off Mike, I hate you, this is all your fault' for the more intense moments.
