Vinted moan

Just a moan really its probably been done loads . But I just want to moan.

I like looking for clothing bundles on vinted.

But I really dont understand why sellers do pictures like this. Why do they think people don't need to see what they are buying ? It must work or they wouldn't do it. So im also surprised by the people who do buy. I have asked for pictures sometimes but they often say no. Alot of sellers do it. It's harder to find bundles than it is single items. So its quite annoying.

Sorry for typos /spelling

I’ve just loaded lots of single items to Vinted, taking care to photograph all labels, close up of fabric etc. and what pees me of is someone asking for a ridiculous reduction on something BNWT five minutes after uploading. Never looked for bundles!

I occasionally ponder on the thinking behind some seller’s Vinted photos.
Out of focus, only one photo, creased to shit, dirty, folded up, only half the item shown, honestly there is no end to the stupidity and that’s without the one word description and not specifying the size now that listings cover two sizes.
Nothing surprises me anymore.

I buy and sell on vinted and bundles are great as a seller when I have multiple lower value items that don' justify the hassle or time to upload, package & post individually. Paying £10 for multiple items of clothes and then wanting individual photos and lots of detail is missing the whole point of a bundle and taking the piss IMO. You either pay less and take a risk or pay more to see exactly what you're getting.

Can’t you build a bundle from someone’s listing if you want specific items?

ThirdStorm · 11/03/2026 17:23

I think a bundle so poorly photographed would have to be at bargain basement prices for me to take a punt but then generally with vinted I'm buying very specific items, either items I own in a different size or a type of item in a very particular style.

My current pet peeve is no detail on actual label size, so frustrating.

I get that its hard to take lots of pictures per item. But then a few items in one picture is helpful.

Could go the other way to
taking the piss not to show pictures of something someone is paying for. 10.00 is alot to some people.

They either can’t be bothered or are trying to hide the fact that the stuff is in bad condition. Agree with PP about creating your own bundles, that way you only get what you want and you save on postage.

You can but its not often one seller has a good amount of whats wanted in my case it would be boys clothing. ibut if theres only 2 or 3 items in that size by the time postage and buyers protection is on. And going to other sellers it adds up to quite a bit. So if possible I prefer to buy of 1 or 2 sellers. They can be good bundles.
