This was my first time doing it so I’m interested to see what happens once the program finishes and how easy it is to maintain. It’s been a huge learning for me though in terms of how to eat delicious food but still lose weight. At the beginning I couldn’t believe how much I had to eat and struggled to fit in 6 times a day but by now it’s become part of my daily routine and I’m managing well.
Portion sizes have been the real learning - I was having huge portions before and a lot of pasta / potato options in the week as that tends to be what DH likes but won’t be going back to that.
I’ve really enjoyed the Facebook group element, keeping everyone motivated and feeling that connection with another 100 or so people who are doing the same plan.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and get into shape. Scotty, the owner, is a bit of an odd ball , and the first zoom call really put me off when he asked ‘who on this call hates themselves, put your hand up’.. made me wonder what mad cult I’d just signed up to. But there’s no doubt he (and the coaches) are committed and he’s always available for a call or a DM if you have questions. Go for it!

@fatteratforty two tips: meal prep as much as possible on the wknd so when you’re hungry the meals are just there in the fridge ready to go and secondly , pick a time in your life where it’s manageable. Jan - March for me was easy as v little social engagements / holidays etc so hardly any temptation in that sense. Think I’d struggle to be as committed in the summer once bbq and rose weather kicks in!

That’s really helpful, thank you.

I’m also not buying into the cult of Scotty, but if it works for other people and they find it motivational, great.
