BBC says 24-26 March (12 Tuesday -11.59 Wednesday)

am I right in thinking this is from midnight Tuesday to midnight Wednesday, so effectively Wednesday impacted? I should be Ok on Tuesday and Thursday?

No, its mid-day on Tuesday to mid-day on Wednesday.
