We have had a pine dining table and 4 chairs for 20 years. The table is now dismantled and stored in the garage. Chairs used in various rooms. I would like to update/upcycle the set and get the chairs and table legs sanded and painted, and the table top sanded and relaxed.
I know that I could do this myself but presently there is a lot going on with my family and energy is in short supply.
I want to find someone locally who could pick them up, take them away to do the work, and return them to us finished. I’ve tried to Google and research people who may do this but can’t seem to find the right vocab to get lists of places to try.
What would you do and what keywords would you use?
So far my searches have led to furniture restorers, upholsterers, furniture dipping to remove paint etc. etc.
