Do you ever get obsessed with a smell or aroma?

I am currently obsessed with a new perfume, I'm not sure that I like it as a perfume but can't stop sniffing it, it has the undertone of salvon/germolene running through it, but it's so different to me but I just can't stop.

When I encounter a fragrance like this that I can’t stop sniffing but am not sure if I want to shell out for a whole bottle, I usually order a little vial to see if I like wearing it. This company is great. https://www.smallaromas.co.uk/

What’s the perfume, OP?

Yeah. A bloody squirrel died in the unreachable eaves of our loft, right over my office ceiling. I've been "obsessed" (horrified) with the stench for 3 weeks. I think it's peaked now, it must be dessicating. 🤢
