Kit and Kaboodle clothing - scam?

Has anyone ordered from them? I’m starting to think something dodgy is going on.

I received my (quite expensive) items but they don’t fit so I need to send them back.
No information in the package to tell me how to return them.
The website has been ‘down’ for 5 days now and the customer care telephone number just rings and rings and then cuts me off. No email address.

Have they gone out of business? Can anyone verify this company or have any experience ordering from them please?

Just my luck! Oh well, I guess I’ll have to write it off as a bad experience.

Oh I was coming on to tell you they’re definitely not a scam and my 2 favourite dresses for holidays are from there. I had better look after them now.

Thats a big shame OP, can you sell them on Vinted?

Oh what a shame I really like their stuff! laundry b is similar but a bit more pricey.
