Normally we go on holiday to Mexico in May as then I get to visit my family. Unfortunately, this year we can’t go for reasons out of my control, so we’ll go somewhere else.
The problem is that I’m very particular about my beach holidays… (I got spoiled by Mexican AIs)
So we were originally thinking of going on a cruise, but looking at the price, it doesn’t seem to be necessarily what I would look for…
So now I’ve started to look at IKOS but for that price I might as well go to the Maldives. Is the weather really that bad in August?
We’d go to the Caribbean but my husband is concerned about the hurricane season. I’ve been plenty of times in August, but I understand it’s mote about getting “lucky” than anything else.
So where would you go that more or less fits that “brief” …. Think IKOS levels of service/ food, but that’s also tropical.
