I had a very strict upbringing, not allowed to listen to pop music and didn’t really ‘get’ it.

I have very fond memories of this song and the first time I heard it. I was then out at a party or something with a boyfriend and the DJ was asking for requests. I asked for this as it was one of the few I knew and I remember dancing and people having a good time and that I had got it ‘right’ for once.

This was the first song my DS gave a reaction to as a baby, though it was the wheatus version🫣
