Next door neighbour making sex noises

It's obvious to both me and the neighbours that we can hear everything. He's in his late 70's I would guess and every night without fail I can hear sex noises as if hes reached the end of a session. Loud moans. Mostly around the same time each night. He will know I can hear. Never any similar noises from his wife. I just wanted to air this as it gets to me a bit.

Knock on the door every night and ask if he needs to ambulance or some medical help

I think semi detached houses should join at the stairwells rather than bedroom walls.

Would it matter of he were younger and having sex? Can't personally say it would bother me!

Sex noises are part and parcel of living in terraced houses/flats etc.

Also not sure what his age has to do with it.

Ours does, it's usually brilliant as we rarely hear a thing, having said that our neighbour had a fall during covid and no one knew for two days, we were keeping a distance as DH and I were key workers and didn't want to pass anything on to her, but I tried to call to ask if she wanted anything from our online shop and couldn't reach her, called her daughter as she has a key, she couldn't get in as the front door has multiple locks including a dead bolt, ended up with the fire brigade lifting our fence panel out and breaking down her back door, she'd been on the floor for two days and was very dehydrated.
