Peri anxiety/panic attacks

Hi. Anyway to stop the anxiety that occasionally tips into a racing heart? Xanax and an ice pack?
What doesn’t help is I did have a medication induced heart condition - now healed, but left scarring.

Nature identical if that is possible.

@Peripain do you mean body identical?
That's what most people use these days.

That in general is patch or gel form of oestrogen and then body identical progesterone in the form of a nightly tablet for 12 days a month.

It's fairly rare for people to use the older styles of synthetic HRT.

Thanks @Moveyourbleedingarse that is what I meant. I want to make sure I request the most appropriate/low risk version. Had a horrible reaction to a different medication (nothing to do with HRT) that resulted in hospitalization and permanent injury.

Ditto. Absolutely THE most debilitating effect of peri / menopause for me.
