It's literally the worst thing in the world. I hate it. Everyone hates it. It makes everything worse. Why do companies make you listen to loud, badly distorted shit music on repeat? Torture. My stress levels are so high after being on hold. Some companies give you an opt-out these days. Can't wait until this foul practice dies a painful death.
