Could anyone please help me find a book? It’s a young children’s picture book with a girl/princess and a bird (maybe a Robin) the girls cloak has jewels and I think she’s afraid of the dark so the bird takes the jewels and puts them in the night sky to make it lighter. He might also take his own eyes out and put them in the sky although that seems a bit of a dark turn and may well be part of a nightmare?
Google keeps coming up with The girl of ink and stars but it’s definitely not that, aimed at younger children.
