Menopace max tablets?

Im suffering with hot flushes mainly.
Wondering if these will help?
Also how big are thay because im useless at taking tablets.
Anyone had any good results from them.

Before I took HRT I took these with Primrose Oil tablets and they definitely helped with hot flushes.

I’ve been taking them for a few months & they fixed my hot flushes too. You have to take three at a time - I wouldn’t call them big.

They’re ok but HRT really helped. I took sage too.

They help massively with mine.

I would also get terrible night sweats and they stopped them completely. I ran out after Xmas (oversight on my part) and had to wait a couple of days for a new box to arrive and immediately started getting the flushes and sweats again until I could get to take the new ones. Back on them and they stopped again completely.

So in a nutshell, yes, they have worked VERY well for me.

I can't take HRT so thought I would have to continue to suffer the night sweats. Thanks to everyone saying these help.

I struggle with tablets too OP, even paracetamol can take me by surprise 🙁

Hmmm. Looks like there are various one such as original, max, plus night and calcium. I won't be able to take the one with red clover.

I’m sorry @Pixiedust1234, but my nurse practitioner friend told me it was the red clover that was especially good for hot flushes.

I take the original and it's the one that worked for me and has stopped my night sweats and hot flushes.

Thanks! I might give the original one a whirl especially since it's not that expensive
