I’m a branch based personal banker, full time, Mon-fri 9-5. Annual salary £27,965. Been there for 4 years.
I love the job, and I love my colleagues. But sadly the management and general company feels very toxic. I need out.
im not looking for a salary increase (although I wouldn’t say no haha!) but im just wondering what else I can do? How are banker skills transferable?
