Something got short term anxiety/ stress

I am mega stressed out at the moment. Waking up with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.

That’s the basis of it, I’m overwhelmed. I am taking steps to reduce this, and by 3rd week in March I should’ve released myself from a few things; family issues, work….

In the meantime what can I do to help my desperate self over the next 2 weeks. Sleep being affected to make it worse.

Rescue remedy, get outside , use an app like headspace for meditation/breathing exercises.
