Woken up multiple times and now I can’t get back to sleep

This doesn’t happen every night but often enough and I’m so tired and fed up. DD is 3 in July and I really thought things would have got better by now. No point to this post, just fed up and pissed off.

You poor thing. Being woken up all the time is soul destroying. Try and go back to sleep for a couple of hours. If you really cannot get back to sleep get up and start your day. Be productive and tidy up or do some cleaning so at least you have something to show for your early morning wakening

Can't help with the lack of sleep but solidarity OP. My 3 year old has just been sick everywhere (but gone back to sleep after being cleaned up, so not so bad). You're not alone and it is exhausting. Hope you manage to get some rest x

I’m up for the second time tonight with my 7 year old and bad dreams. It’s usually my 4 year old wakes me. I can never get to sleep again either 😩

Of course it should be better by now.

Why is she waking up so often? What does she want when she wakes up?

Unfortunately I still haven't been to sleep 🙇🏻‍♀️. I don't know how it's possible to be so tired but not be able to go to sleep!! If I had a 2.5yo I'd be bringing them into my bed in the hope it would help me sleep.

Got a few hours but honestly it’s really getting me down. I’m up and down all night at the moment, feels like I have a newborn.
