Corn between toes

I've had it off and on since I was 17 (wearing silly shoes). It's now more than a niggle although it's not very bad.

Has anyone worn anything / used anything at home to help?

I had a corn that I put Flexitol Heal Balm on twice a day and was eventually able to (sorry, TMI) remove it with my finger nail, which really shocked me as I'd been using one of those slicey things for years but it kept coming back. It's the moisturiser that does the trick but you need to be consistent with it.

A podiatrist can deal with it for you but I would still recommend the daily moisturising.

Go to the chemist and buy Salactol and some black emery boards file corn and then put salactol on. Takes a few days to start working but eventually it should vanish. Mine occasionally reappears but it’ll go away when I start the salactol again.
