CBD oil/gummies for insomnia

I have tried a couple of CBD oils for insomnia a few years ago with no success but am wondering if there is anything new on the marked that anyone can recommend please?

Have you tried Melatonin? You can ask your GP for it or find online.

I’m following with interest as I too am looking for the miracle cure. I have just ordered some melatonin via an online pharmacy but it’s just for jet lag so it’s not a long term option. If it works though I will look into how to get it long term.

As recommended by my GP, Phenergan tablets (over the counter) was the one thing that knocked me out all night. I don't like to take it often, usually after a couple of bad nights sleep where I need a full 8hrs as it does make me quite groggy in the morning.

Magnesium has helped me somewhat. Melatonin made me feel dreadful the next day.

I find CBD drink Goodrays way better than gummies. Not sure what the difference is.

I find hot bath with epsom salts good too.

I take magnesium and on occasion phenegran or Piriton too.

I also try the night time teas.

So if I do a hot bath, followed by Goodrays CBD drink and a night time tea I am pretty confident I will sleep especially if I have been active that day.

I have tried Melatonin, magnesium and the Tripp drinks lol. I think there is no hope for me. Also phenergan but cant cope with the awful hangover effect the next day.

Goodrays has twice as much CBD as Trip.

I read yesterday that Saffron helps with sleep..it also helps with mood. Haven't tried it though but there is a lot of research available on saffron. Worth exploring?

I didn’t find they made any difference. What did make a difference was giving up drinking and getting plenty of exercise and I also take magnesium.

If you’ve done all the above long term with no results, try solution focused hypnotherapy.
